The Bluffton Symphonic Band
is a place where musicians, can come together because of a common interest-Instrumental Music.
Its mission shall be to contribute positively to the musical environment of the community by promoting musical education, appreciation and opportunities for musical expression and growth through public performances, rehearsal and other educational activities.
The band is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Join Us
The Band currently has approximately 60 members, who represent a cross-section of musical society, including professional musicians and music educators, as well as amateur musicians ranging in age from high school through retirees. The purpose of the band is to contribute to the musical environment of the community, to provide an outlet for individual musical expression and growth among our members, and to affirm the community concert band position in American music.
